Site fee ranges from $100.00-$500.00 depending upon the day of the week and time of the day.

Bluebeard’s Beach Club aka Lime Tree Beach, St. Thomas

Located on the southeast side of the island, this tranquil and premiere venue is the PERFECT spot for your fairytale wedding. A picturesque resort, covered with pristine white sand and absolutely gorgeous ocean water, really adds that “tropical flare” and cannot be resisted by any couple on their wedding day.

Hans Lollick

As the sky meets the seas and the sea meets the sand, Hans Lollick is a romantic location for the adventurous minded couple. Arrive on this magnificent uninhabited island via helicopter barefooted to make gentle footprints in the pure plush white sandy beach. Just imagine you and the love of your dreams being married on a private island surrounded by an array of sparkling blue waters and natural beauty.

St. Peter’s Great House

St. Peter’s Great House , Botanical Garden & Gazebo sits high on top the mountain with a panoramic view of the island’s north side, Magens Bay, St. John , the British Virgin Islands and the Botanical Garden in bloom. This beautiful location is a romantic venue to host your wedding or reception.

Site Fee: $300.00 for Bride and Groom and first two guests. $15.00 per each additional guests thereafter. This site fee is for the use of the Gazebo area only.

Lindquist Bay Beach, St. Thomas

Lindquist Bay Beach- A special treat awaits your feet, as you step on the white stretch of irresistible sand with the gentle waves and gentle breezes. Lindquist Bay Beach is the ideal attraction to say I Do! After the ceremony, your wedding coordinator can also arrange a picnic basket or a reception for two or more to celebrate your new lives together.

Site Fee : $100.00 covers for the bride, groom and (2) guests. $4.00 per any additional guests thereafter.

Villa Botanica Garden, St. Thomas

Villa Botanica is a 5 and ½ acre historical estate surrounded by botanical garden sitting high above the mountains of St. Thomas. It’s romantic setting of plush tropical garden, waterfalls and a breathtaking view is just the perfect location to host your event.

Rental Rates for Wedding Ceremony and Reception

For groups hosting guests from 2 – 60 the rate is $ 450 per hour with a minimum of 4 hrs. Each additional hr is $450.

For groups hosting guest of 60 or more the rate is $28 per person for a 4 hr event. Each additional hr is $ 550.

Rental Rates for Ceremony Only

For groups hosting guests from 2 – 40 the rate is $ 450 per hr with a minimum of 2 hrs.Each additional hr is $ 450.

For groups hosting guests from 40 – 60 the rate is $ 550 per hr with a minimum of 2 hrs. Each additional hr is $ 550.

For groups hosting guest of 60 or more the rate is $25 per person for up to a 3 hour event.

Wedding Chapels in St. Thomas

Wedding chapels awaits those who seek a more sacred ceremony. A warm welcome awaits you!

Site Fee: $250.00 and up.
